K\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelerin daha ya\u015fanabilir, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve ekonomik olarak dinamik bir yap\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen Nil\u00fcfer Belediyesi, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yeni bir proje ekliyor. Hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fi \u2018\u00d6rnekk\u00f6y Projesi\u2019 ile k\u0131rsalda turizm potansiyelini b\u00fcy\u00fctmeyi ve cazibe merkezi olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Bu projenin birinci ad\u0131m\u0131 ise Ayvak\u00f6y Mahallesi\u2019nden at\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlanan proje \u00f6ncesinde Nil\u00fcfer Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir, mahalle sakinleri ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunmak \u00fczere Ayvak\u00f6y Mahallesi\u2019ni ziyaret etti. Lider \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir\u2019e Lider Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Okan \u015eahin, Serpil Altun, Tezcan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, Ho\u015f Bi\u00e7er, Zerrin G\u00fcle\u015f ve Emre Karag\u00f6z\u2019\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ilgili m\u00fcd\u00fcrler de e\u015flik etti. Ayvak\u00f6y Mahalle Muhtar\u0131 H\u00fcseyin Odman ve mahalle sakinlerinin de haz\u0131r bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede k\u0131rsal mahallenin nas\u0131l g\u00fczelle\u015ftirilece\u011fine ait konu\u015fuldu.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir, proje s\u00fcreci ve gayeleri hakk\u0131nda mahalle sakinlerine ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Cephe sa\u011fl\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rma projelerinin yaln\u0131zca g\u00f6rsel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Lider \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir, birebir vakitte yap\u0131sal s\u0131hhat a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da k\u0131ymetli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u00d6rnekk\u00f6y Projesi i\u00e7in planlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve uygulama evreleri hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren Lider \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir, mahalle sakinlerinin teklif ve tenkitlerini dinledi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n mahallelerin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in k\u0131ymetli bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu anlatan Lider \u015eadi \u00d6zdemir, gelecekte benzeri projelerde de mahalle halk\u0131yla yak\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 tabir etti.
Mahalle sakinlerinin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve tekliflerini sundu\u011fu programda spor tesisi, \u00e7ok emelli salon, turizm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve ma\u011fara turizminin geli\u015ftirilmesi mevzular\u0131 da ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
