Mudanya Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Deniz Dalg\u0131\u00e7, Bursa ve il\u00e7elerine mahsus lezzetlerin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferine vurgu yaparak, \u201cBursa\u2019ya gelen farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini de getirdiler. Bu lezzetleri g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve gelecek jenerasyonlara ta\u015f\u0131mak istiyoruz\u201d dedi. Mudanya\u2019da m\u00fcbadele ve Girit k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Dalg\u0131\u00e7, \u201cMudanya\u2019n\u0131n lezzetlerini tan\u0131tmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli projeler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu emelle Gastronomi Festivali\u2019ni b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131ymetle destekliyorum. Ayr\u0131yeten, 1 Eyl\u00fcl D\u00fcnya Bar\u0131\u015f G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde Bar\u0131\u015f \u015eef ile yemek yapmak da ho\u015f bir tesad\u00fcf oldu. Katk\u0131da bulunan herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyor, t\u00fcm halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu \u015fenli\u011fe davet ediyorum\u201d bi\u00e7iminde konu\u015ftu.
Etkinlikte, Mudanya\u2019da faaliyet g\u00f6steren m\u00fcbadele dernekleri ile Alevi K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, Girit ve Anadolu y\u00f6relerine ili\u015fkin lezzetleri kurduklar\u0131 stantlarda sergiledi.<\/p>\n
