Bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc bir kentte zab\u0131tan\u0131n ehemmiyeti \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde. Zab\u0131tan\u0131n alandaki kabiliyeti belediyenin g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00fc\u00e7 katar. Bunun yan\u0131nda Kocaeli b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir kent. B\u00fcy\u00fcyen kentte zab\u0131tan\u0131n 12 il\u00e7ede aktif olabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Sabah\u0131n erken saatlerinden gecenin ge\u00e7 saatlerine kadar misyonunu yerine getiren tak\u0131mlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Bizler mahall\u00ee y\u00f6neticiler olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za dayanak verece\u011fiz. Gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz kentte gezerken Zab\u0131ta arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Sizlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 takdir ediyorum. \u0130l\u00e7e belediyelerindeki zab\u0131ta arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla entegrasyonu sa\u011flayarak hizmet kalitemizi artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. Zab\u0131ta demek kentte nizam, memnunluk, huzur ve itimat demektir. Liderimizin da Kocaeli i\u00e7in \u00e7ok de\u011ferli gayeleri var. Bu ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 devam ettiriyoruz\u201d dedi.
