Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) ve Almanya Federal Ekonomik \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Kalk\u0131nma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ortakla\u015fa finanse edilen proje, Alman Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Ajans\u0131 GmbH (GIZ) ve Merkezi Proje Y\u00f6netim Ajans\u0131 (CPMA) taraf\u0131ndan uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
